This is your big day, a very important day to you, your love, and to all who love both of you. With your own beautiful photographs, you’ll have something to re-live that beautiful day, heirlooms to pass down, something to smile at forever. It’s extremely important to me as your photographer to capture your love story, your personality, and the way your loved ones celebrated you. These photographs become invaluable. FAQ
Do we need to make a deposit?
Yes! I do require a deposit of 35% of your chosen package and a signed contract upon booking. The remaining payment is to be paid 30 days prior to the wedding. If a payment plan is needed it can be discussed upon request.
Dates cannot be reserved until these have been received. Contact me today and I will send you the full booking information!
What does a planning consultation include?
Coffee meet-ups / FaceTime calls can be arranged at any point before or after booking with me! It is so important for me to find out if we're a great match. You cannot repeat this day, and I want to make sure that my services are what you're looking for!
We'll chat about what is most important on your day, all the details, and what you don't want to miss. Meetings also help to settle nerves so we can get more comfortable around each other, and I can get a sense of you and your partner and how to best photograph your love story.
Will we get a print release of our photos?
Yes! Upon receiving your images, you will also get a full print release. All images will be watermark-free.
When will I receive my photos?
I always make sure to send a handful of sneak peeks within 24-72 hours after your wedding. The full gallery will be sent to you 5-8 weeks after your wedding at most.
How do I receive my photos?
I use an online gallery that is super easy to use and share with friends and families. All of the photos can be downloaded from the gallery in high resolution and web-size resolution.
On top of that, you will receive a stunning and elegant USB package delivered to your door!
Do you offer wedding albums?
Yes, I do! Alongside a lot of other awesome prints and products. When you receive your online gallery, you’ll have lots of options to check out directly through the gallery when you click the 'SHOP' tab. For instance, Fine Art Albums, Prints, Canvas, Frames, Greeting Cards, etc.
What payment methods do you accept?
For Canadian clients - E-Transfer, Cheque, Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa), or PayPal
How far in advance do we need to book?
In a traditional wedding planning timeline of 12 months, your photographer is one of the first vendors you should book. Depending on your wedding date, 9 to 18 months in advance is ideal.
Do you offer Wedding Videography?
I currently do not offer videography in my services but I have a few Videographers I trust and recommend.
